Whats included in your rental ?
THE SERVICE WE PROVIDE
There is usually adequate parking to unload your luggage, either alongside your chosen cottage/apartment or closeby. Our reception team can advise you on access and parking when taking your reservation or enquiry.
Gas, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the rental charge. For your first night, we will supply sufficient toilet rolls and soap, dishwasher tabs ( if applicable ) and basic cleaning materials.
Holiday homes are serviced before arrival. If you are staying for more than seven days bed linen and towels are replaced weekly and the unit is dusted and hoovered.There is also the option of a mid-week clean by arrangement, and for a small charge.
Travel cots and highchairs are available if reserved at the time of booking.
Reassuringly, a night porter is on hand at the hotel reception overnight to advise you in an emergency.
Guests enjoy a 20% discount on green fees at Thorpeness Golf Club. A handicap certificate is required by at least one golfer in your party.
Our guests also enjoy an exclusive benefit of a 10% discount on meals at our five local hotels. Not only the Thorpeness Hotel but, The Brudenell and White Lion hotels at Aldeburgh, The Crown at Woodbridge and The Swan Hotel at Lavenham. All enjoy an enviable reputation for good food and full details are available on arrival.
Tennis at Thorpeness Country Club is free of charge to guests, with the exception of July and August when full or temporary Tennis Club membership is available.
From mid July to the August Bank Holiday Saturday the Country Club is open with bar and catering facilities plus a programme of events for adults and children.
Free social membership is included in the rental during this period.
Before your arrival, pre -order your groceries and holiday supplies at your chosen store and we will arrange to take delivery and fill your fridge and freezer.
