6 The Benthills has a seafront location with stunning views across Thprpeness beach.

The five bedrooms across the first and top floor consist of one super king double room, one double room, two twin rooms and one single with a tucker bed.

Two of these bedrooms have en-suites in addition to the family bathroom and downstairs shower/cloak room. The family bathroom offers a shower over the bath.

A balcony can be found on the top floor of the property, with superb views across Thorpeness and the beach. It is advised that young children should be supervised on the balcony.

There is an enclosed garden with a large area of decking which leads into the dining room.

The dining room seats ten comfortably, perfect for family dining.

There is also a large kitchen and utility room with range master gas cooker and hob. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer.

Parking is available on a quiet road by the property.

A large beautifully presented holiday home with views of Thorpeness Meare from most of the rooms and the garden.

The five bedrooms are light and airy, well furnished and decorated. The bedrooms consist of a Master Bedroom en-suite with a king-size bed, a second double room with king-size bed, and three twin bedded rooms.

The family bathroom is on the first floor and on the ground floor is a shower room with WC and hand basin, giving excellent facilities for all ten guests.

The very comfortable sitting room overlooks the large front garden and has a fire place with gas coal-effect fire. A smaller room the “snug” has corner seating and a flat screen TV and docking station.

The fully equipped kitchen is very well laid out and has a gas AGA, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and American style fridge/freezer. The open plan ground floor extends to a dining area with French doors leading out onto a patio.

The separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

To the front is a large garden with a patio area, a table and chairs and a BBQ.

Parking is available for one car at the rear of the house with further parking for a second car at the front of the house in Lakeside Avenue.

This large Victorian terrace house has amazing views over the seaside town of Aldeburgh, looking out to sea. Set back from the town centre on top of a hill it is only a short walk to into the town, the beach, restaurants, bars and shops.

The Master bedroom and the very large sitting room and dining rooms have huge bay windows making the most of the sea views.

There is a second smaller sitting room and dining area leading from the fully equipped and modern kitchen. A separate utility room is also on the ground floor.

The five bedrooms consist of a Master bedroom en-suite with King-size bed, two double rooms and two twin bedded rooms. All are well furnished and very comfortable. There is a family bathroom on the ground floor, a shower room on the second floor.

At the rear of the house is a delightful courtyard garden with patio furniture. Parking is available in the street.

A large holiday cottage just 20 yards from the beach and with sea views along the bay to Aldeburgh from the garden and two of the bedrooms.

There are two double rooms, a twin room and a smaller room with bunk beds on the first floor. A second twin room is located on the ground floor.

The property has a family bathroom, a shower room, and a separate WC with hand basin.

A well equipped open plan kitchen and dining area has concertina French windows opening onto a deck. This leads into the garden which is furnished with comfortable rattan chairs, loungers and a table, an ideal spot for Summer dining and relaxing. Access to the beach is via the garden gate.

The sitting room has an open fire, three large settees, comfortable chairs and window seats. A large but cosy living area.

There is parking for two cars outside the house plus parking for a further two cars in front of the owners garage close by.

A star rating will be applied for and we anticipate a 4 star rating.

The owners are happy to allow one small dog, for which there is a surcharge of £20

Originally built as a cottage in the traditional “Thorpeness” style this house has recently been sympathetically extended and modernised to a high standard.

The house boasts two sitting rooms one of which is on the first floor and has a balcony with views of Thorpeness Meare. Also on the first floor are two double rooms both with wash basins, two twin bedded rooms, a family bathroom and a separate shower room.

The ground floor has a spacious comfortable sitting room, a twin bedroom and shower room, and a large open plan fully fitted kitchen and dining area. There is a large garden at the rear with patio tables and chairs, private parking to the side of the house with enough room for three cars, and a garage.

TV/DVD and Wi-Fi is available to guests and is an ideal holiday home for families or a group of friends. Thorpeness Hotel & Golf Club is a two minute walk away and the beach five minutes.

The owner is happy to allow one small dog in the cottage for which there is a supplement of £20.

A unique and iconic property beautifully renovated and finished to an exceptionally high standard highlighting the original features but including modern touches.

With very large bedrooms and spacious living areas, the property is a brisk 3-minute walk to the beach. The Turret House has its own large private garden to the rear which is fantastic for children and adults alike...A very suitable holiday property for those who like sport, with tennis courts close by and two excellent golf courses at Thorpeness and Aldeburgh.

GROUND FLOOR: The house is entered through the porch which leads into the main hallway where doors open onto the living room and television/reading room and the open plan kitchen/dining room. The staircase leads up into the bedrooms.There is also a utility room and WC.

LIVING ROOM: The spacious main living area has large soft seating for all guests and is the perfect room to relax in front of the television or stay warm and cosy in front of the open fire.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM: The open plan kitchen/dining room is very spacious. The dining area seats 10-12 people and is a grand space for an intimate dining experience. The kitchen is well-equipped with a Rangemaster Cooker, a large American fridge-freezer, a wine-cooler and with all essential appliances, including an espresso machine.

BEDROOM 1: At the end of the hallway at the top of the stairs is a light and airy bedroom called the Garden Room with a king-size bed, a wardrobe and drawers for hanging and storage.

BEDROOM 2: The Dove Room is a luxurious twin room, however can also be made s a double as and if required.

BEDROOM 3: The Turret Room is a very spacious and airy bedroom which gets plenty of natural light and is a comfortable place in which to relax and unwind. It has a king-size bed and a large wardrobe for storage.

This stunning Arts and Crafts house is full of suprises. Located close to the Thorpeness Hotel and Golf Club and overlooking the famous Thorpeness Meare there is plenty to keep guests occupied.

Accommodating eleven guests and with spacious living areas and a Summer House, there is room to relax and unwind. Large familes and groups of friends will love this house.

The five bedrooms-
Bed 1) Has a king-size bed and doors opening out onto a shared veranda.
Bed 2) Has a double bed sharing the veranda with the master bedroom overlooking the gardens and Meare.
Bed 3) Has a double bed.
Bed 4) Has a double bed and a single.
Bed 5) Has twin beds.

Rooms 1, 2, and 3 have a hand basin plus there are two family bathrooms.

The comfortable sitting room and snug look out over the gardens and have TV and DVD. The dining room comfortably seats twelve with doors to the sun room.
The house has wi-fi and a telephone for incoming calls and 999.

The fully fitted kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, with a utility room housing a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. A small room to the side is ideal for storing bikes, wellies and coats.

The ground floor also has a panelled entrance hall and impressive staircase, and a cloakroom.

A staircase from the first floor is access to the Billiard Room with a full size table.

Outside the gardens slope down to the Meare. The large central pond has a small bridge, and near the house is a patio area with furniture and a BBQ. There is a thatched Summer House/boat house with a landing stage and a rowing boat. Guests are welcome to use the boat between Easter and the end of the October Half term.

The owners encourage guests to enjoy themselves but please note that there is no smoking in or near the Summer House, and the owners and agents cannot accept any responsibility for accidents in the boat or on the water. The Meare is not fenced off from the garden.

Two well behaved dogs, with responsible owners, are welcome for which there is a charge of £20 per week. They are not allowed upstairs and wet animals are not allowed in the living areas.

At the front of the house there is room to park four cars.

Smoking is permitted in some parts of the house
